Pride at Work Canada was founded in May 2008 by a group of dedicated individuals
with a vision – to improve the climate of inclusiveness for lesbian, gay, bisexual
and trans-identified (LGBT) employees in the workplace.
Through dialogue, education and leadership, we empower organizations to foster a
workplace culture that recognizes LGBT employees as an important part of a diverse
workforce. This is, in fact, our Mission.
There are so many ways for you to get involved with Pride at Work Canada! You can
advocate, volunteer, become a Corporate or Individual Partner, and we are periodically
recruiting for board members.
