Pride at Work is a professional organization created to support the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community in Canadian workplaces.
Pride at Work is governed by a Governing Council consisting of members from across the country. A national network of organizations and affiliates within major Canadian workplaces comprises the organization’s regional representation. Our activities include networking events, national workplace conferences, discussion groups, professional speakers, and a range of supports available to Employee Resource Groups aimed at highlighting LGBT best practices in the workplace.
