Pride at Work promotes the organization of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in Canadian workplaces, and recognizes the value that such groups provide to employees, employers and the broader community. For many employees, employee resource, network or affinity groups are an important way to bring LGBT people together in the workplace — whether for social and professional support, or to work toward building a more diverse workplace.
Pride at Work offers support to a growing list of ERGs that represent some of Canada’s largest employers.
Pride at Work values the leadership that employers demonstrate when they support their LGBT employees and resource groups. It just makes good business sense to keep employees active and engaged in their workplace.
