Through dialogue, education and leadership, we empower organizations to foster a workplace culture that recognizes LGBT employees as an important part of a diverse workforce. This is, in fact, our
Mission.
We are driven by our Vision of a nation where LGBT individuals can achieve their full potential at work. By joining forces and building a network of
Corporate,
Individual and
Community Partners, we move closer and closer toward that Vision.
We educate, support and network
Supported by Pride at Work Canada and Corporate Partners, all through the year you will find interesting, provocative and useful events to take part in. Currently, almost all of these programming events take place in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal – expanding to other cities in the near future.
Because we firmly believe that sharing knowledge accelerates the pace of change, Pride at Work Canada provides policy guidance and expert advice on emerging LGBT workplace issues through our seminars.

Pride at Work Canada believes in the power of networking. Regular networking events include the annual Professional Pride (ProPRIDE) series and a variety of events run by our Women’s Committee.
