Pride at Work Canada
OPG is committed to fostering a work environment in which all employees are treated with dignity and respect. OPG promotes an inclusive work environment that values each person’s diversity, unique background, experience, perspective and talents. OPG joined Pride at Work Canada in 2009 as a Corporate Partner and has participated in the Toronto Pride Parade as well as other Pride at Work Canada events. This participation has resulted in the establishment of an employee resource group for OPG’s LGBT employees, the OPG Pride Network.
